Mrs Whippy has been back to ice cream making school. After mastering the legendary whippy and making it her own, she had her sights set on gelato! Katy spent the past 4 years, since the idea for Pinks Parlour was born, learning techniques and picking up tips and tricks from the best in the industry. All of this was to guarantee we deliver nothing less than the best tasting artisan gelato to all of our wonderful customers.

All of our tasty gelato is made right here on site at Pinks Parlour with nothing less than the finest ingredients, including a sprinkle of love and use traditional gelato making methods shared with our Italian friends (the godfathers of ice cream!). By producing our own gelato on site, we can guarantee an exceptionally fresh product that only has to travel a few metres to our gelato cabinet, ready for serving.


We love everything to be transparent here at Pinks Parlour which is why we wanted to enable you to see us making what you'll be eating. We don't want to hog all the fun so we invite you to to come watch all of the fun and magic of the gelato making process for yourselves.
